Our partners

The Union of Bulgarian Black Sea Local Authorities (UBBSLA) - We established stable relations with UBBSLA in the field of promotion of the integration process through building and maintenance of partnerships between the municipalities in Varna district and European towns. The main purpose of our collaboration is to make the local government bodies competent participants in absorption of EU funds.

Coordination Centre for Information, Communication and Management Technologies at Ministry Council - We maintain narrow relationships and cooperation in the field of development and application of information, communication and management technologies. Our efforts are oriented towards the establishment of e-government on regional level and improvement the quality of the public administrative services.

Foundation for Local Government Reform - Our collaboration aims at training the public administrations' staff how to prepare and manage projects on the Pre-accession funds of the EU and sharing best practices for optimization of the resource capacity of the municipalities. In the training courses traditionally take part representatives of the local government and experts of District administration, competent in the relevant fields of study.

Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" - We maintain an active interaction through project partnerships in different European programs and expert consultations between the institutions. We participate together in establishment of non-governmental institutions in the fields of high technologies, creation of conditions for development of business and cultural tourism in the region.

Information Services Plc Varna - We maintain a long lasting useful partnership in the field of information technologies and communications. We are particularly bound together through our work on the project "E-government - regional initiative", with the main coordinator - Information Services Plc.
